Identify a group (grade level team, department, school administration, counselors) and develop talking points to address any ONE of the following in Appendix B:

1. There is no program or intervention for the child or youth who bullies.

2. Disciplinary  measure that are punitive in nature are not very effective.

3. Any student has the potential to be a perpetrator of antisocial behavior.

4. Every adult in the school is responsible for bullying prevention.

5. It is important to train adults to intervene appropriately, address the specific behavior, and then follow up with the student who has been bullied.
