Strand 1: Planning Function of Management

Research information on an existing corporation and create a presentation to highlight it. the Presentation should include;

• Mission Statement
• Code of Ethics
• Company history
• Current Leadership
• Current Financial State
• Employee Inclusion

And/Or

Create a Business plan for an Original business idea

Strand 3: Organizing Function of Management

• Complete an individual student profile comparing the current leadership skills/ characteristics with those they would like to develop in the future.
• Use online resources to research a business leader and prepare an oral presentation using an electronic resource.
• Utilize leadership skills, organize or participate in one of the following activities; class presentation, collaborative activity, or school service project.

Strand 5: Financial Information

• Use and electronic spreadsheet to manipulate financial data.

Examples: Formulate and Income Statement, a Balance sheet, or a cash flow statement.

Strand 8: Human Resources

• Review a current businesses human resource policy and weigh the pros and cons.

Or

• Create a new human resource policy for an existing business.

Strand 9: Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility

• Research and debate a current business ethics case study
