Processing Inventory Management

In order to successfully track USDA bulk food inventories, SFAs must create an account with their respective inventory management system(s). USBE expects all Child Nutrition Directors who utilize USDA food processors, to register for their respective inventory management system(s). These systems track the number of pounds that are allocated to each processor. Then, each time the SFA orders food from the processor, the inventory is updated to reflect the new total. Monthly updates of USDA bulk food inventories are available through these management systems.

  • K-12 Foodservice - To sign up for K-12 Foodservice, follow the link, fill in the form, and fax it to the K-12 Foodservice office at 301-251-5516. 
  • Processor Link To sign up for Processor Link, follow the link, fill in the information and submit it electronically.
