Placing Weekly Orders

  • Deliveries are Monday-Friday between 6:30am - 2:30pm
  • Required 3 business days between order and delivery date
    • The earliest delivery date is the 4th business day from order date
  • Can place orders for following 2 weeks, or weekly
  • Minimum order is $150 ($300 is preferred)

 

How to Place Orders

 Step 1: Login to FFAVORS website - https://www.fns.usda.gov/fdd/fresh-fruits-and-vegetables-order-receipt-system-ffavors Links to an external site.

The link will take you to the main FNS page. Find the FFAVORS Login, located in the middle of the page and click on the link.

From here, you will be directed to the following login screen. Enter your FFAVORS user ID and password, you will be directed to the FFAVORS Homepage.

Step 2: From the FFAVORS Homepage, find "Place a New Order" and click on the link.

Step 3: Consult the Ordering Manual (attached below) to finish the ordering process. Start on page 6 and continue through the manual to complete orders.

If you're an SFA ordering for multiple locations, the order process will begin on page 16. For SFA's ordering for a single location, the order process will begin on page 21. It's recommended that a copy of the Ordering Manual be downloaded or printed for easy reference.
