Additional Information about Waivers Waiver 8 is for Food Service Management Company (FSMC) contract duration. If a sponsor needs this flexibility please reach out to your assigned specialist. This waiver will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Waiver 25 is to remove the requirement to increase meal prices as outlined by the Paid Lunch Equity requirement. We are collecting information for this waiver when sponsors report their paid lunch prices on the sponsor information sheet in CNPweb. Waiver 26 is for use of prior year eligibility determinations for school year 2022 - 2023 carryover. If you did not process household applications or complete direct certification in school year 2021 - 2022 and would like to opt into this waiver contact your assigned specialist.
