USDA Foods Catalogs - What did I get? When can I expect it? How do I get more? 

The "catalog" is the way SFA's request USDA Foods from the State agency for the upcoming school year. It's open annually in February.

Completing the catalog communicates to the State how a School Food Authority (SFA) would like to spend their Planned Assistance Level (PAL).
