STEP 4: Sending Agreements to Vendors

1 green.png When you are ready to establish a new agreement, complete Pages 1-3 of the NDPAv1 Links to an external site. prior to sending the agreement to the vendor.

Do not sign the agreement before the vendor does.

Attach this agreement to your outgoing email to the vendor's privacy contact. This can be found on the Vendor's website, or on DPAs signed in other states (Exhibit E).
