Data Manager Contact Information

Introduction

As a part of the Annual Privacy Compliance Review, each LEA must provide USBE with the contact information for the LEA's designated Data Manager. 

2024-25 Privacy Compliance Review

Will our LEA need to submit our data manager(s)'s contact information in the 2024-2025 Privacy Compliance Review?

Yes. Even if we have currently have your data manager(s) information on file, we need to confirm that the information is correct and that the person we have on record is still acting in that role. 

How and when will the data manager(s)'s contact information be submitted?

Each data manager will submit their information in the Data Manager Contact Info Survey.* A link to the survey will be sent to all the data managers we have on file in September 2024.

What will be asked in the survey?

• Confirm that you are still the data manager for your LEA, or provide the name of new data manager
• Confirm your information:
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Job title (aside from Data Manager)
  • Name, title, email, and phone for the Data Manager’s supervisor
    • Why do we want information about your supervisor? We'll reach out to this person if the Data Manager is not responding--usually because they no longer work at the LEA.
• Answer questions about your role (optional)
