FFAVORS

Using DoD

The DoD Program operates under the FFAVORS website, where SFA's will place all orders and monitor their entitlement balance. The SFA will be set up with a FFAVORS account only after, successful, completion of this training module. Upon completion of the module, the FDP Specialists will email the following information to the DoD representative to start the FFAVORS account setup: SFA's approved delivery location and contact information (the SFA's DoD contact person(s), their email and phone number). The SFA will receive an email confirming their account setup has been completed and instructions on how to access the account.

Note: You will need your FFAVORS user ID and password to log into the system.
